Mmmm chocolate... I've been very good and resisted it at the supermarket today. Got a months supply of fish and meat on whoopsies though!

i've had an email saying that my neighbouring adult learning service are looking for tutors..........and there are loads of cookery courses without a tutor. I know I could basically just walk in they take me on as the other cookery tutor doesn't want any more hours..........not sure I can really heap much more on myself though and they aren't in Poole so a bit more on petrol....

Only do it if it is worth it. Look through the courses and see if there are any so similar you can use the stuff you've already prepared.

already done that, most I could pick stuff up straight away and do it, I've got quite a bank of recipes/ingredients/methods now. One is the same course I taught for Poole last year for 20 weeks so it would be straight forward. One I can't do as I'm already teaching that night for Poole, one would mean a second night out teaching, 3 are mornings, so I could only do 1 of them if I swapped my day off.

Thing is - I need to know what is going to happen about me taking on the job which will take me up to full time - that closes Friday. If I am lucky enough to get that, no day time teaching will be available to me apart from Saturday mornings and if I'm doing 37 hours in the office, I don't really want to be doing more than 1 night per week until 9pm.

It is also about 6 miles to their cookery training rooms, so I'd have to factor in the 12 mile journey for 10 weeks at a time.

I'm just sure I can handle juggling any more balls. i've already got 4 part time jobs plus 2 terms of my teacher training to go (plus teaching prep) and I have to keep a very tight grip on where I am supposed to be/when and what I'm teaching when that is all in full swing without adding a 5th job!
