hi all been down to office no one there alot of angry people whose money hasnt been put into an secure deposit account .someone will be in the office at 1.15pm today ,the guy on the front desk has told me .so i will be going back them .brendan has flown the nest to tenerife.not sure how true this is.i have wriiten a letter to get stamp or signed for so i can start legal action.they have not gone under yet as no administraters have been brought in. .i will also be posting a letter through donna voice door.

It is quite likely any recorded/signed for letter in the current circumstances won't be signed for...

Advice elsewhere (Landlordzone) suggests sending the same, identical, letter twice, from different Post Offices, with "Proof of postage" cert from Royal Mail...will establish to court's satisfaction that the letter was posted...

hi just got back and the agent hasnt gone bust !! brendan taylor has stolen the money .anyone the agents will prob now go into administration,as no one is taking responibilty.

Contact your local trading standards office in case they have a file on this business or the local police. They may regard it as a civil matter (breach of contract) rather than criminal, otherwise offer to provide information for their investigation. If the company becomes insolvent, my understanding is then administrators will look into the assets of the company and make recommendations whether it is possible to repay creditors.

Contact the local press to get them to write an article about it to draw out other tenants and landlords that have been affected by it.

i have been given an address by donna voice for brendan taylor.yes has yes stole thousands and the police are investigating the matter but still tenants are sending him money and and being duped by him .if he does come back from lanzarote on thursday he will have alot of angry landlords waiting for him.i dont know how people get away with this .not all of us can afford to write this off.
anyway till the end of the month he lives at kennel lane albrighton the first house on the corner..i have contacted trading standards and they still state the company are still trading and i still are obliged to give me my money. they couldnt really help me but it has been logged with them .i have given them all the info but still state the property onbudsman should still be involved .but they told me they couldnt help me anymore as it was concerning a deposit

Brendan taylor's address is all very interesting but your contract was with the letting agent & that is who you must take action against.

Hopefully they/Police will take separate action against Taylor.

Worry about your £££, not some squabble between agents & ex, bankrupt, Directors.

Donna Voice is still a Director & has the responsibility for paying you.

Moorfoot estates have lied through their teeth. They have never payed me on time and now owe me £530 in rent money. I am another angry landlord.

To all othet landlords I also contacted the owners of Waterloo Court and they are also owed rent.

Shall we all get together and go the police or newspapers. Can we not go to Donna's house and ask for our money!!

They have stolen our money!

We all work really hard to make our houses appealing and this is what Moorfoots has done.

The security guard has told me that he often uses the gambling venue in wolverhampton..blowing away our hard earned money!!!

i have been to donnas house ,and she is claiming that brendan taylor fraundulantly put her name down as director,she has got the police involved and cid are investigating.as she isnt claiming responsibility.so no one is closing the bank account or informing tentants to stop paying money in.trading standards was down there yesterday to try to do something .the tenants havent lost out ,its the landlords .have you checked your tenants deposit?.im lucky as i sacked moorfoots back in april as they wasnt giving passing on the tenants rent.finally got my money but i had trouble getting the deposit. got the property onbudsman involved and they got back to me saying in was never placed into a scheme which i had invoices stating it was.anyway trading standards told me to take any letters to the accountants address in bath street.i have already left a letter for donna and in the office which was stamped,moorfoots owe me £545 of tenants deposit.brendon was scheming for 2 years and run off with the girl from the office with all the cash.they havent gone bust as alot of people were suspecting.there is a warrant out for his arrest ,but he will prob set up in spain and scam more people.
