Well Im afraid the only room that got cleaned was the bathroom:confused: Ive been cooking instead. Decided we had no marmalade left so made a batch of that from the tinned stuff, great value. Made some fairy cakes for the kids a quiche and a loaf in the bm. Mmm very satisfying.
Now I really do have to tackle some cleaning and as it is STILL raining (love this country) I have no excuse whatsoever do I???:rotfl:

Morning everyone Mr T was out early as he had to take a mate to work who's car had died! So I was up and about before 7 today, thats early in the school hols.
Jobs for today include more washing and drying of course as the wet stuff is here yet again:rolleyes:.
Putting some porky chops in the sc for tonights tea with mash and carrots me thinks.
Must clean my bedroom today. Thinking of sorting out some stuff for a car boot on Sunday, but then wondering where to put it all and what to take etc etc
Think Mr T is fishing this weekend so will get some mackerel for the freezer, love it especially with new potatoes. All recipes welcome for my favourite fishy.
Well off to the shower now and then another cuppa! well it is early:rotfl:

Morning everyone, was sunny now raining, what a country!!! Anyway that aside DD is home from her few days in Dingle, now desperate to see the bf! So jobs for today include picking up our friend from work (his car has died) so will drop dd and bf off to do some walking about in the rain or going to the cinema or whatever it is they do:rotfl:
Will call into Mr T see whats happening with border prices they promised would arrive this week. Have a wander and see if I can get away with minimum spend. Have had 5 days NSD since last week so pleased about that and am below budget for grocery this month.
Mr T is meant to be working today putting a roof on but the weather isn't being too helpful.
Chilli tonight and spag bol for kids, try to get 5 meals out of my mince anyway.
Fruit loaf in oven spelling oops, smelling delish.
    Have a good day everyone.

Have all my little envelopes sorted with some money (not a lot) in for the unexpected things that come up when you least expect.:j

Barclaycard have received my last payment and as it was over £100 the charge was £7!!!! so only £97 credited. Will make sure its below that next time. Think this happened before so will have to make a note this time. Well its headed downward so wait for the interest before changing my sig. (if anyone knows how to put a line through the previous total can you please enlighten me) cheers.

DD is working at 2 and DS2 has a birthday party too, so thats me at the taxi helm for the afternoon.

Pizza for tea, Mr T maybe fishing so only me and the kids tonight.

Off to get some cleaning (boring) done too and another cuppa.
    have a good weekend everyone.

Well done on this. This is my goal too, to have real money to pay when things come up, without relying on the c/c! Hope you enjoying your weekend.

Morning everyone, sun is shining (at the mo) I seriously wouldnt want to be anywhere else when the weather is so nice, hopefully it will stick around.
Washing in and tidying up done. Kids are sorting out their school books  in between watching a film on dvd. Multi tasking at such a young age funny arent they:rotfl:
Have to pick up our friend from work later (car still dead) so may pop into Aldi for a top up shop, awaiting wages.
Waiting for barclaycard to do the statement so I can update my sig, hopefully do that tomorrow.
Must work out if everything is got for the children for next week. Youngest has his 8th birthday on Sunday so need to work out what the plan is for that, cinema maybe, house just not quite ready to accommodate a party! IYKWIM still half finished!
