Well done on mealplan Turfy - I've just made an enormous meat & potato pie with a hope of freezing most of it (there are only 2 of us now kids have left home and I still keep cooking for family... and their friends!!!) - I'm hoping to have a good variety in freezer for when I go back to work after summer hols so I can be super efficient (HA HA) and just pull a home made ready meal out after work.

:jThe day is glorious, but they say on sky that hurricane bill remnants are coming later, deep joy. Still will make the most of the sun this morning.
Plans for today include making quiche cleaning kids bedrooms (aghhh) get some washing on the line and try to change my sig this afternoon.

unless you use the quick reply box!! at the bottom of that page is advanced opions button ,,,so press that,,,
so now you should see lots of buttons above where your writing,,,,?

ON THE RIGHT OF THOSE is an $ sign with a line through,,,this will make txt appear with a line through it
but fist you have to high light the txt,,,,same as copy paste
ie

point mouse to the left of the word the,left click mouse and hold it and move it to the right till past cow,,,,let go
all the words should now be highlighted
now look at the top of the page and left click $ sign
you should now see

:T:T:T A hundred thousand thankyou's Oh Wise One of West of Liverpool, what a teacher you would make. I have done it at last after hours of wondering what to do each month! (with the sig I should add).

Have walked the dog, pegged out two loads of washing, and now updated my sig. Hope the rest of the day goes as well.

Oops dear son just told me we have run out of gas, oh well a trip to the village now and suppose not a nsd day after all.

Morning all, well after a pretty rough night weatherwise, it seems to be brightening up hooray.
Plans for today are make some more hobnobs (try not to eat any!) Make shepherds pie for tonights tea. May have to visit Mr T friend as its his birthday today. (Why is it men seem to make a bigger thing of birthdays? or is it just my imagination?)
What else oh yes dd has to meet up with the bf so must take her to the village in a while.
Sig updated and looks ok, wish the figures could go downward a bit quicker. Mr T still not been paid, so cant do any shopping yet, but have enough supplies to last a bit.:j
Tood ds2 for his haircut yesterday, and used haircut money from my new envelope system. Hooray will use some more next week when it will be my turn for a trim too.:T

Morning everyone, early start here I have a poorly bunny this morning, ds2 came down with a temperature last night so has been a bit of an up and down night IYKWIM. Never mind hopefully after some medicine he will improve.
Plans for today included visiting Mr T's mate and family but if my youngest is poorly that wont be happening.
Had a nsd yesterday and mortgage went out a day early:eek: luckily since Ive been so up to speed with online banking it didnt matter and there was just enough to cover it till tomorrow phew!!! No bank are getting any more charges outa me (she says determinedly):T
