I have begun a mission on trying to keep this place half tidy. Now I dont have the little ones Im gonna try and rid loads of c**p that I know we dont need and between now and xmas gonna get sorted, anyway thats the PLAN, so watch this space.
Im still awaiting confirmation that the building supply bill is sorted the solicitor is meant to be calling me back hmmm.
Otherwise my list has on it the dreaded tax return so I must get that underway at least! The lurgy has subsided too which is good news thanks to lucielle I got the echinacea and its done the trick. Have a good day everone sun is shining here :j

Bit of a mixed bag today. Went to pick up DH from his darts meeting ;) last night and trapped a nerve in my back ouch. Had a job sleeping but found some nurofen which seemed to help. Took DH to airport at lunchtime, did bank and some top up shopping, came home all excited as I had enough to top my pre pay cc up and buy the long awaited Panasonic breamaker only to find that todays exchange rate meant I was €10 short!!!:( Will have to sort that tomorrow. Good news though paid another shot off barclaycard as DH was paid before he went and its now below £1000 trumpets please hoo b****y ray.:T:T:T Off to light the log burner and have a nice evening in with the kids and the soaps and maybe a vodka and coke in celebration another step closer to DFreedom cheers.

Well got jobs done yesterday apart from making a trip to the nearest town 30 mins away only to find they had closed the petshop early due to family circumstances!! Nightmare I know the womans daughter was due to have a baby so thats the probable reason. DS2 was not impressed so he couldnt get his goldfish, I'll have to get them tomorrow when I go to the bank. Ive dropped DD off to work and had my brekkie so I'll have a wander round the diaries for half an hour. Sunshine and showers today so not much planned, pork in the sc so just some veggies to peel.

One of the goldfish died yesterday so RIP and down the loo with him. Another one now in place and seems happy enough. Eleccy is due to go off again at 9am all damn day so Ive put two washes on already and intend to be out most of the day as its pointless being in really cant clean or surf the net or cook, so thats that, I'll be glad when all these poles are finally replaced and we can get back to normal, it really is a pain in the !!!.
Just paid off another £100 to barclaycard now at £861 plus any interest of course but it feels so good and now almost there so I'll keep plugging away and hopefully it will be gone before xmas.:T
    Have a good day everyone

Morning peeps, lots of jobs to do today to catch up on the cleaning etc ugghhh. Walked to the bus this morning with DS2 its about a two mile round trip so was cream crackered as I havent done that for a good while. Doggy is very pleased though and thoroughly enjoyed it. Off for a cuppa and a wander round now, have a good day everyone.

You're doing well - a cc disappearing, a 2 mile walk (different days, I get it, but I'm still impressed :) ) I've done 3 of my phone calls, which I loathe as they so often go wrong, but these went fine - got one more to do, but its the dreaded Nationwide, and I may give that a miss for today....

Keep going! And I will too :)

Im sooooooo excited my brand new panny breadmaker arrived about an hour ago, really good as I only ordered it from Amazon on sunday, my old morphy richards one died so after much research into the best one I went for the panasonic. Its already loaded and in action as I type! Im a bit impatient IYKWIM ha ha. Junior Cert results due any time now for DD so fingers and everything else is crossed. Will report in later.
