Yippee Barclaycard IS below £2000 thats a result never thought I'd see the day without coming into a windfall to get rid of it.
Been MIA for a couple of days due to Mr T being home and under my feet IYKWIM anyway he's stressing a bit (well a lot really) about paying for the car originally I'd said it was his dept as I was already up to my neck and paying/organising the rest of the finances. He was even considering working back in the UK which although sounds ok and I would definitely cope I dont really want. So it looks as though I will have to fine tune everything and re budget so I can make a contribution to ease his stress. Believe me he's worse than any child and has the odd tantrum :rotfl:which in turn stresses me out. Anyway enough of my ranting on, I will be back later (hopefully) and catch up with everyones diary.
    Off to sort kids out.

Well done on the barclaycard! Are Mr Turfy's budgetting skills not quite up to par? Maybe you could give seminars:)

Morning everyone, the sun is shining and its frosty so a lovely morning out there. Just fed the chicks and have the job of cleaning them out after Ive been shopping (lovely).
Mr T is starting the job of the conservatory( which is on a long list) today so Im going out of the way to replenish supplies. Like old mother hubbards today. Got paid for the childminding yesterday so solvent for a few more days at least.
We were given a hotel voucher by a friend the other night its two nights b & b for two for €99 so were off to Wexford next weekend. Its a nice treat and its my birthday on Thursday so Im busy organising the kids, who will be staying with different friends etc. DS1 will be here looking after the animals and Mr T's mate will stay over with him, so hopefully will be a nice weekend away.:T

Just brought DD's uniform off the line, forgot it last night. Its snowing now and I have a gaelic footie match to travel to with DS1. Everyone else is still in bed, we had a small person in the bed with us last night, so Im leaving them catch up with some sleep. Got the shopping done and still have some money in my purse so hopefully I can add to that this week with the childminding and next weekend will be paid for.:T Im hoping to make some inroads to the barclaycard this month and that would mean we'd be in the hundreds and not thousands by end of April.
We have a communion in May and most of the family are coming over for that so I'd like to be a bit more comfy money wise by then.
Off for a cuppa and catch up, have a good Sunday everyone.

Gaelic footie - I'd love to see that, I do like seeing the national sports when I go to another country.

    Hope your day goes well.

Had a busy day so far. Had to take a cheque back to someone Mr T did some work for they didnt put the correct payee on it!!! So had to treck into town and take one of my little charges along, he was very good and slept through most of it. Then went to the bank and little 2 yr old comes without a buggy (which is very inconvenient) so it took a bit of time. I really must look out for a second hand buggy I can just throw in the car, cant believe his mother manages without one! I picked up his sister from nursery and they are happy eating their lunch watching Barney. Aghhh time for a cuppa. Off to find shaun havent seen him about lately.

Try freecycle/freegle, whatever they're called it round you now! Don't pay unless you have to... are you close enough to borrow for the odd time?
