I guess the ad I saw in the freebie rag last week was right- "house prices rose in May- don't miss out! If you or your parents (sic) can afford a deposit, now is the time to buy!" It was for shared ownership of some stylish new-build one bed flats, offering superb urban living in Croydon and the East End. What if they've sold out by the time I ring up though? Arrrgh!They are an EYESORES!!!!0
