id def check what type of mins you've been offered. for £25 a month you can get 1000 x net off peak mins and a free phone as a new customer.:A Boots Tart :A0

Cheers - the girl made it sound like it was 500 inclusive mins any time and 500 texts which is certainly more than I could use per month.0

also get 750 minutes and 1000 text for £35. That's the deal I got last week with a Nokia N70 and £10 cashback!nothing.0

Yeah, that's their top deal. They only seem to offer it to big spenders though as I didn't get their best deal this year. You should be able to get a better phone though.0

It's called Select 500 and it's brill value. They offer you that to stay with them but when it comes to the time you want to upgrade they aren't bothered. The 'free' phone you get offered will be pants. It's as if they offer you all those minutes to keep you, but then once you've been on it a while and you're obviously spending less they want to get you off that tarriff. Also, when I went on it the 'nice' orange lady told me it was exactly the same as my (then) current tarriff yet when I called CS to see where my rollover minutes were, guess what? - no rollover! Not exactly what I was told.
It's definately an offer worth grabbing though. Do check the insurance bit, I've not heard of anyone having that included before.Light blue touchpaper and stand well back !0 -
by the way the department name is "retnetion" and not "rendition". Rendition has become famous courtesy of CIA shuttling people.
But more to the point, orange retentions offered me the 750 minutes and 250 texts for £22 and a V3i (or V3 and a £50 credit but the V3i was better value). I took the deal becuase they also agreed to extend the 0800 numbers free given to me earlier. I am by no means a big spender and was on £30 for 200 minutes and 50 texts and rarely go over the minutes.0
