Made a paltry £15 at the car boot today, thats over the entrance fee, but not worth getting up at 5.30am for, although made the last £20 on ebay too, so total there is £260, may make £500 from this which is great

  • £65.39 (?) made at Car Boot Sale this morning. £40 from a craft market on Saturday, but won't get paid that until end of September, so won't add to total just yet

£175.89/£1000, plus odds and end of loose change added to savings tin, but not counted, so probably about £180 by now.

Well, I have made a huge leap in the right direction but it includes a large payment I wasn't expecting from someone plus birthday money. I've also sold another pair of pure bred hens, plus my local trades for eggs etc. It takes my total to a new high of £725 :) Will update signature asap.

  • I'm up to £249.99 so think I am horribly behind where I should be! :rotfl:

I am starting to run out of ideas on how to raise the extra cash though. I was wondering about doing babysitting or something, but not sure if you need qualifications for that. I babysit for friends and family quite a lot so have some experience.

There's nothing left in my house to ebay, ha ha! x

  • Long time no post, but I've been working hard and been paid OT. Also recieved a check for £130 that was totally unexpected, so I'm going to count that. Keeping extra money in a seperate account and seeing it add up is great motivation!

Keep up the good work everyone!

I'm cheating - got another £50 to add from belated birthday pressies :D Have also just sold a few more chickens, so that'll be another few pounds. I haven't added any of the chicken money to signature yet, as I won't get that until next week
