  • sounds lovely, Ames. I just slaved over veg chili & rice

    Method
    1. Boil some rice
    2. Heat half a can of sainsbury's spicy 3 bean soup.
    3. Pour soup over rice
I think I might have found my specialist subject :D

Louise - my boys will be fending for themselves tonight when they get back. I've already told them I'll put the mockers on any relationship which involves the other half doing all the cooking / housework or that thing where they ask you where something is just because you happened to walk into the room. I think that's what they mean by 'good parenting' :D

Buffy - first day of holidays is always a bit........deflating. I felt like that when I 'left' work. So used to following a routine that I didn't quite know what to do with myself so did nothing.

I find it much better now to actually get dressed each day as if I am going somewhere. That makes me more likely to go somewhere or do something whereas if I just sit in my pj's I just watch carp tv..

This makes me wonder....I hope Mrs Spudly is busy making her list.....

I have started my lists, I won't go in to school this week, I am meeting my friends tomorrow wanted to go to the post office and make some phone calls.

right now I am feeling better so think I shall consult the various plans and schemes and organise the rest of my week.

    cheers Sammyxx
    Nevertheless she persisted.
