I've never seen my fridge/freezer/cupboards so empty :(. My freezer has 1 lolly, 1 tub of nectarine puree and various half used packets of spinach and herbs in it. Fridge has squash, milk, a few sauces/garlic/half a bottle of wine and a bit of salad and the cupboard is mostly tinned peas, a few baking bits (black treacle), miso soup and a carton of custard!!

Oh, and about half a dozen various types of lentils/split peas/bean broth mixtures.........I'm sure they self-mutate in the cupboard........

At least I can defrost the freezer, it desparately needs doing.

Can you see any issue with cooking lamb and turkey thigh together in a tagine?
