Hi all..
I've been out for tea with old work colleaguesDidn't feel like a big thing so I guess being the hospital has put pay to any seperation anxiety then!
Just as I was heading out the door I noticed an envelope stuck in the letterbox - turned out to be a £20 voucher for Mothercare from our neighbourAs some of Rhys' proper outfits arrived today, OH dressed him in one (chunky velour dungarees), wrapped him in a blanket and took him on a tour of the neighbours whilst I was out, bless him! Fresh air much have got to him, just had his bottle and he's sparko again
I'm going into town with Mum tomorrow - two reasons: as backup in case I'm struggling with the pram or something daft, and because she's going to buy me lunch!:j

SM in my opinion i would get the 72 hour pill, i was told to use protection for 1-2 weeks after the depo before it took full effect.
Mrs M she is a little stunner!
Elle Rhys is looking great! i was showing OH his pics earlier and he couldnt believe it was the same little boy i showed him pics of a few weeks ago!! you see how tiny he is when you see him on the muslin!
shopping was done but was a nightmare, i had the 3 little ones with me and my legs are aching with pushing a heavy trolley. am having a lot of problems with an elderly neighbour at the moment, she is driving me crazy and im not sure who to contact about her? she is usually quiet and doesnt talk when sober, however she drinks a lot and when she drinks she wont leave me alone. she bangs on the door day and night to tell me to put my bin out for pick up? even if its not bin day. she comes asking stupid questions and then wont go away. the final straw was the other night i was in the kitchen which is the other side of the house, erin was in living room screaming as she was hungry and i was trying to get her food sorted out. she went quite which i thought was strange and when i came through neighbour was in house drunk trying to pick her up! i was fuming and she kept going on about erin screaming all the time and there is no need for it and that a baby shouldnt cry like she does? she has started again today and im ready to throttle her(today she was at OH not me)then when she was told to go away she was knocking next door who has a terminally ill husband and harrassing her. sorry just needed to get that outWhat's for you won't go past you0 -
Caz do you have a non emergency police number as I would say this is harrassment and entering private property, they might be able to advise.
Or if your in a council house there should be someone there you can contact.Everyone is entitled to their opinionEllie 25/12/070 -
we are a private let, unsure if we can contact council or social services? she puts notes through my door asking if i will do things for her, have explained i have 5 children and cant get my own things done, i think she is lonely but she is such a pain in the a**e, she does have family but noone visits and she doesnt go anywhere. we have nicknamed her Mrs Ginn as she always stinks of it lol! What's for you won't go past you0

ok MFD, but don't let me turn into an annoying old biddy who keeps trying to show off her knitting!
first I made a prototype out of an old ikea fleecy blanket (the rest of it is being turned into a sleeping bag)
and then I made the suede trousers out of an M and S skirt of mine that was always a little snug even before baby! I used sami's measurements, but slightly more flared and with a bigger bottom because I think cloth takes up a little more room than disposable nappies...
eta Oh and they were both free to make cos the elastic for the waistband was DH's holey boxer shorts waist band. I've advertised on freecycle for more old men's pants but no response yet!

I used it just after having Poppy (well, 3 months later) and called my GP who left a prescription at reception (which I made DH collect
