But now what they do is 'planning permission bribery'. Developers can only get planning permission if they sell fully renovated houses to LA or HA for pennies.
We were told it would be 8 years just to get on the housing list where we are, so we bought this place and got into so much debt! Luckily the debt is all paid off but we were told we would now be refused a mortgage to buy this place at what we paid! Easier to get a loan to convert the loft.0 -
i do not know he is a strange child lol! he eats a lot of things luckily not poo but ashtrays (OH smokes?) washing powder soap etc! makes me feel sick! i put vests on him but he still manages to do it??
How old is he? Obviously a little escape artist!
Seems like he has the taste of unusual flavours/textures? He'll be demanding caviar next0 -
Button your sister is one lucky young lady. Our car was a bit like that and luckily we all walked away with minor injuries to, but it is very scary looking at pics thats when you realise how lucky you were. I'm really glad she was ok.Everyone is entitled to their opinionEllie 25/12/070

Me too. He managed to find all their things in the car once it had been upturned like mobiles/wallets/keys etc, I said to Lisa last night in the hospital for a joke, Oh shame you lost your mobile I'd of given you a big fat top up since of your trauma, she's now texting me saying, wheres my topup!?! Kicking myself now hahaha. I'll give her one though, even though it cost me £40 in taxis last night! My mum couldn't afford them and she lives out in balmedie, so £20 each way. ouch0

he is 19 months and a handful! i have looked into something called 'PICA' which is a iron deficiency that makes people eat strange things! the things he loves to eat(and obviously like the taste of?) are all on the list? What's for you won't go past you0 -
MM, OH bought this house at 19 too
I have paid nothing towards it (although I did lots of DIY and bought lots of furniture, gadgets etc) I'm very proud of him, especially as the tutors at college told him he'd never ammount to anything
