The house is immaculate! After crying at the vacuum last week, DS has been very good and let me vacuum the entire house. I've also dusted, tidied, washed up, cleaned the kitchen and cleaned the floor. All thats left is for OH to put a few bits in the garage, and the house is perfect and ready for tomorrow.
Alice used to cry at the vacuum cleaner. Then she stopped and I just thought she'd grown out of it. Then when we moved and went back to the old house to clean she cried at it again. Turns out she's okay as long as she can join in with her toy vacuum cleaner - she absolutely loves that thing.
I used to go to Aqua Aerobics and got on well with all the ladies there. That was until they asked what I did, and I stupidly told them that I was a housewife. They went off me then, really hurt my feelings.
That's awful - what's wrong with being a housewife.

They are happy when they have a drink in their hand lmao.

My dads side of the family are all moody sods, I'll only go to family do's if I know booze will be flowing, otherwise It's hell on earth sitting with them and their sour faces.

Hahahaha baby stirred and I though... well... we'll TRY this remote lullaby lark... stuck on little lamb remotely from down here and she's apparently nodded off again! RESULT!

Just won a jumbo pack of size 4 nappies for £5 (second chance offer) - bargain!

Need to list the spare 5 packs I have in the loft of size 1s I guess LOL
Need to work out postage for them as apparently quite a few people have listed them for postage although I'll offer local pick up too! :)

Why don't you just swap 'em for the next size? I did in tesco no receipt and no problem

Wow, result indeed. We have a remote lullabye thing on Izzy's cot, which she can now turn on herself. It doesn't work to get her back to sleep, as she finds it very exciting being able to turn it off again by herself, but at least it keeps her amused in the mornings while Mummy gets dressed :rotfl:

Feeling much better here after we both conked out on the big bed for 2 hours. Phone rang at half 3 and I got up to answer it without putting a pillow in my place, and baby promptly rolled off the bed. No harm done, but poor baby, what a rubbish way to wake up :( Lesson learnt for next time anyway . :o
