I would be up for a little flylady meet up if there is one going? See if Jjef or SSL are about. Are there any other Scottish flyladies?

..and had a couple of really enjoyable hours with friend. Loads of catching up, as she's been busy with new grandson and her DD, and I've been busy with everything!
I've completed the passport forms, and am off now to take them into the Post Office for checking - please don't let there be anything wrong with them...
:hello:Hi Sarah - I've been here, but not for very long at a time, just flitting in and out!
hex - re thowing out plants - don't panic! It's just self sown rubbish, empty pots or weeds that are being chucked! I have some spaces for some new plants, and am trying to resist the urge to rush out to favourite nursery. Friend this morning is fellow plant buying addict, and she told me we really, really needed to visit Le Jardin Plume in Normandy, and also Graham Gough's in Sussex... well. it would be rude to refuse. Am plotting when to go...

I have also hoovered and washed hallway. We have got hard marbled beige flooring and it is a nightmare to keep clean.
Done dailies and put oil burner on so house smells lovely and fresh. Not doing level 3 today but going to catch up on some ironing tonight.0 -

Was meaning to ask if anyone uses carpet runners in there hallway? If so how do you clean them, i'm afraid our house has a lot of trees outside and as soon as anyone walks in they end up muddy. Is it just a case of hands and knees with scrubbing brush or is there an easier way? I'm tempted to just remove the runner but with little ones i am worried in case they fall on such a hard floor.0

OK my 5 things:
1. Mow grass with rechargable strimmer if dry enough..
2. Upload turbolisted items to eBay (check is there a cheap listing day soon?)
3. Get growbags for tomato plants, stat!
4. Write meal plan/grocery list and stick to it
5. Work out the finances
