Mumona - hope all goes well for DS today

Jo - big hugs love. Can you phone the bank and ask for an emergency overdraft? I would also phone the Jobcentre immediately as well and CAB to see where you stand on getting housing benefit ASAP. Also get your CV into shape. You clearly have office skills so when the worst comes, you are ready to sign on with all the temp agencies in town. A temp job could keep you ticking over. These are random thoughts put down in no particular order!

Morning everyone else. We have rain. Heavy rain.

Jo- sorry to hear about your pay. I hope you get sorted quickly and your landlord etc are understanding and helpful. :grouphug:

M- hope the op goes ok

Soappie- I've done Monday to Friday lists. Don't think I'll get my list of 5 done though! Desperately need to get garden sorted today but it keeps raining....not sure I want to risk electrocution when mowing the lawn!!

Big thanks to everyone for the inspiration and for the lists to help me tackle everything this week. Usually I'd spend most of the time overwhelmed by the amount I had to do and not get any of it done.

The lists and joining in HHCs have been invaluable in helping me focus and get everything done. Still a few bits to finish in the loft and the garden to do but I'm pretty much ready for the valuations I'm getting done later today and tomorrow.

Fingers crossed that I've still got some equity and that the estate agents are able to give good advice as to any work which is worth doing to sell up and anything which would just be a waste of money.

    HHC at 9 anyone?

Valli, Sorry you didn't get the job hun, but i am truly loving your your optimistic out take on life x
Tooch, a very big well done on passing your exam x:j
Jo, I feel quite angered for you, its seems it always thepeople that actually do the work and keep the work force ticking over that suffer. Hopefully you will find out more on what is happening today and i do have my fingers crossed for you xx. When this happened to me some years ago i went and registered with an agency in town on the Saturday and was working on Sunday. I got work the following day doing anything and everything. As the pay was weekly the following Friday i had a little bit of money.
Triker Pleased to hear your dd is ok and very brave, Hugs for you hun too x
Thifty I am shocked do you not get gifts off any of the parents. Its like Christmas for our teachers at my kids school. Have a hug hun x
Natty Have you managed to get the Tamiflu hun? Hope your feeling better soon missus x
MOAM Hope you ds is ok, my dd had her appendics out exactly 2 years ago she was just 9 at the time. They were going to operate at 10pm the night before and decided after seeing the blood results it wasn't an emergency, i stayed in hospital with her that night and i did not sleep for a minute. HUGS (( )) x

If i have missed anyone i am sorry, there are quite a few poorlies at the minute.

Think i shall do a new post as this is big and i want to follow my cleaning today i have done too well this week to let it slip xx

The throwing away 20 things from each room will be difficult. I can see I'm going to end up counting hairs in the plughole again....
