Here here - comfort is the name of the game.

We are a sporty family here and there is nothing better than after running a race, to put on a pair of crocs. We are also campers so they are briiliant for that.

Have to admit though that we all wear them outwith sports/camping and have on occasion gone and done my shopping. Do my feet look big, yes but am I comfortable, yes and that is what is important having spent many years spending months getting blisters in new shoes.

As said above, each to their own - I agree they look quite hideous especially when on bigger feet and brighter colours like mine but people can opt in or out.

Personally I'm chuffed with my purchases.
If only I could stop finding good bargains on this site, I would save a fortune! :rotfl:

Over priced, over rated, hideous novelty items. Personally, I'll be glad when they've gone out of business. There's nothing more ridiculous than someone who thinks they're still on holiday on the Costa Brave doing their shopping in Tosca wearing Crocks.

2 steps away from reporting that for unnecessary "abuse"- but actually can't be bothered to waste my time on you- what on earth was your point for posting that? why are you even on this thread if you don't like the shoes?

OK, It could be because I use the spell check and its automatic so it picks up everything, I'd apologise, but you seem to be the least understanding person I have met!

he/she appears to be another one of those people who feel that they should impart their "valuable" opinion on something they dislike to a thread full of people who actually do like something because their opinion is obviously that important. It's quite sad really, normal folk just move along and ignore it but there is always one.

    Amusing though

Got my order today - placed yesterday - and all three pairs present and correct (along with a mug which has already gone to the charity shop) - ordered the 'proper' sizes for me and two elder children, and they fit fine.

I live in my Crocs, so finding them at this price was great - especially in purple - I may not be old yet, but why should I have to wait, lol. It's the first pairs for the kids - they have to wear insoles and clumpy boots most of the time, so these are for the beach and quick nips out to the ice cream van - was a bit worried how they'd handle them, but it's as if they've been wearing them for years.

Only problem now is youngest wants some, and Sports Direct don't have any stock in his size. Anyone know where I can get some Mickey Mouse (or other boy character) in a child's 13 at a good price?

Edit - re size - after wearing them a bit, and checking against some old crocs I have - they do look and feel a little smaller, although they still fit, and they don't feel quite as soft or thick-soled as the old ones. It might just be a wearing in issue though, as every time I have new ones I say to my husband 'they're not like they used to be', lol.
If it makes a difference, the ones from this order were made in Bosnia, whereas all my previous pairs have been Italy or China.

  • Mine arrived today. I ordered a 7 and got ones that had M7 W9 on the sole and they fit perfectly. Got some in a childs 5 for my little one for on the beach and they are great too. Didn't get a mug, got a free re-usable bag with Beckams mug shot on 1 side and sports direct on the other. Thanks again OP :D

I ordered a size 7 too and mine had M7 W9 on the bottom too. Crocs fit perfectly and exactly the same size as my current pair of size 7 crocs.
