Doesn't look like I'll ever get to find out if mine were the right size or not as I didn't realise 'standard delivery' was via a courier (DHL in this case) and I'm never home for their delivery times and they won't redirect it to my work address so looks like they'll be going back! Hopefully will at least get refunded the £10 for the shoes....

Mine are usually delivered by the same DHL driver who comes in his own car, not a van. When I wasn't in he left me a card and when I rang he said I could go and pick it up from his house, which isn't too far from me. So perhaps it's worth ringing to see where your parcel was returned to, as it might not be a depot?

My second order (mickey crocs for littlest that weren't in stock the first time around) has arrived - with a big bag-for-life - Crocs are a perfect fit, and I needed a new shopping bag :)

Took my "size 6" Mary Janes back to the local shop - they had a pair in an 8 which I can confirm is a perfect fit on my size 6 feet. I took them up to exchange them and found I had to pay the extra £5.....as these were in store and weren't under the special Internet deal of £5 off (which has expired now anyway)

I don't exactly mind, as £15 is a good price anyway, and I need the crocs, but...............!

    Hi Ali Uk!

Can you not arrange with DHL to pick them up from their depot or is it too far from you?

Thanks for the suggestions guys but it's at the depot which is 10 miles away and no way I can get there before they close without taking time off work which just ain't going to happen, plus be a mare on public transport so just not worth the bother - I'm time poor as well as cash poor these days!
