Well what a carry on today.I ordered Mary janes for me and Disney for my son using codes paid about £20.95 I think.one pair was out of stock so were sent one pair and paid £13.95 for one pair.they sent a Us 7 which is z uk 5 and I wanted s uk 7 us 9.I went instore today and they said cos I only paid £10 online I owed them £5 to change them for the correct size they should of sent in the first place.their mistake not mine.they rang head office apparently and had me waiting 10 mins.all I wanted was the same shoe in the correct size.I told them I am paying £14 anyway cos I paid delivery and next time it's easier to buy instore as I refuse to pay to return them as it's their fault.anyway enough of moaning they did change them but were very reluctant to.my advice is buy them instore to save the hassle

Its a real shame you don't live near London- I had the same thing happen when I tried to swap over my pair. They said there was a £10 difference.

However, I made it clear it was a sports direct error that they had sent me the wrong size (they had, they had sent me a W9 instead of a W7). The staff at Picadilly said did I still have the coupon (apparently the offer is on via coupons) I said as I had used it, I no longer had it, but I did still remember the code.
They had 5 staff in total try to amend the problem, eventually doing so, but at the end of the day, they didn't want me to pay the extra £5 as I had used a valid offer already.

Thought they would all follow similar thought plans, but it appears not so.

Agree with getting them instore though- even if its spending £1.05 extra! You get the best size for yur feet that way!

The code has now expired. I placed another order before it expired for 8 more pairs of Disney Crocs for my two daughters aged 3 months and 2.4 yrs, all various sizes.

Thanks to the op for highlighting the code.

Had loads in store this morning but just one pair in my son and daughters size so I nabbed those as well as a pair for when she grows out of them as I have real problems getting her into shoes. I tried them on myself but did not like them, I got some flip flips though and some for OH - I am determined to get him out of trainers all year round!!:rotfl:

You said in an earlier post that you ordered size 7. W9 is a size 7. They sent you the right size.
  • Thanks for this - that's mum's birthday present sorted!

    M4 W6 is a UK 4
    M5 W7 is a UK 5
    M6 W8 is a UK 6 etc

The M is the US Mens size which is the same as the UK size. The W is the US Womens size which is 2 sizes bigger than the UK size.

I know, I also said in postss after that one that....

I fit a size 7, in Office, Faith, Topshop, ASICS, Nike, Pump fits me at a size 8.

I did try the W9, they were seriously massive. Don't ask me why, they just didn't fit. I don't understand why the sizing is so mad, I just know that I fit a W7 for croc flipflops as I did try them in the store.

I fit UK size 7 in almost every store, I fit Crocs W7. Sorry but its fact.

I thought Crocs were meant to be big on your feet, so there is a sort of border around your foot??

I haven't read the entire thread so forgive me if anyone else has had this issue

I ordered a pair of MaryJanes for myself in a size 6. I currently have a pair of caymans, also size 6, which are the correct fit, etc
However the MJ's I received are wayyyy too small for me, did I mess up on my sizes? I just ordered a 6 because thats the size my caymans were.
