Hey I've come over from S&ID too and I just wanted to say that you should be really proud of the tear-free days. Personally I'd cut off contact with him far more but maybe that can come in the future eh? Try not to worry about him too much, he's a grown man and has to look after himself now.

He apparantly got a taxi so i am glad about that.

I know i need to stop the communication, most i have gone is 30hrs since we split up and even then he was texting me!

Just find it so hard as he was someone i saw every day for 6.5yrs, i lived with him pretty much from day one to suddenly not having him around. Only seen him for a few hours maximum and fine not even talking its just the texting that gets to me!

Was tears today as the letting agent rang me about handing the notice in and i burst into them on the phone as they asked why i was moving out

Maria that bed is fairly cheap but still a decent quality frame and mattress. Moving out of home does open your eyes!

Well done on the no tears Sunday - it must be so hard!

I agree, try and stop communication, probably hard, i know when my OH and I split for about 2 weeks al i wanted to do was text him and see what he was upto and if he missed me. I hope it gets easier for you when you move into the new house hun. It will be a fresh start.

Ah thats good he got a taxi.

I dont think his helping things by telling you he misses you and the cats but then says he wont be getting back with you. As his making you feel there maybe a chance you could get back as his saying he misses you.

I deffo have a shock coming to me when i fly the nest i know it! lol, but i also cant wait! I must be crazy.

I agree - sounds like game playing :eek: don't fall for it, however hard it is not to. Sounds like he just wants control/a reaction :mad:

Phone staying at home today so can't text him but its easier for me to not have it around, guess he has gone to work today as he doesn't get paid for not being sick/stupid.

Okish day, no contact to him or from him, just got in and checked phone.

His mum had text me though asking if i was ok and about who i thought would go in big brother, bless her, i am gonna miss her and his family loads too.

Everytime she asks me if i am ok i say no though so avoided that question and just replied saying hope shes ok
