Flying visit from me, just having a quick read on here to catch up.
Manic weekend at work, all the cells in the county were full yesterday so kept my department busy! Not much better today.
Not back in til night shift on Friday, woo hoo!
No lie in tomorrow though as up early to take our foster cat to the vet, she is having all her teeth out in a bid to try and stop her chronic gingivitus (not to mention reverse the diabetes that has been brought on by the steroid injections for the gingivitus). Bless her, hope she is ok.
Haribo, your holiday sounds lovely. Which island was it? Glad your Dtwin is ok, must have been a bit scary for her.
MSD, I hadn't joined when Tristan was in his coma, but used to read on here every day so was aware of it. Glad he is still with us and still able to talk to you online.
Hope everyone has had an enjoyable weekend. I'm off to down a bottle of white wine now I think!0 -

Hi all,
No longer MIA, but I am feeling rough, rough, rough. I was supposed to go down to London yesterday for a Prom or two, but had to turn around and come back again due to a grotty cold. (no really, it is thankfully)
Needless to say, I have spent the day resting. Typical it being the first couple of days of the summer holiday for me. No children for 7 weeks - bliss!
hester - brilliant news re your NVQ presentation!
Supper tonight will be beans on toast, if I can manage it. Might set DH on the case otherwise!
