  • Hi, thanks for the link and information which i will follow up this week, they used Morgan Cole Solicitors in Swansea, complained about the letter too as they got some information wrong in it, never reeived a reply back, they won't talk to me as they are acting for Nemo..
  • I will follow it through and let you know how i get on, i think they may try and make me bankrupt or take me through the court for a CCJ... i want to face them in court if need be and let them know how they have ruined me financially.

I don't blame you going further with this Diane, and going back to the recordings, strange that you said about missing calls, this did happen with us a well, but they slipped up and left a good one on there that did help us big time.;)
    A rather jumpy disk!

I think with you fighting this Diane, it may possibly go your way, stay strong on this hun and stand your ground, this will eventually get sorted out.

A different solicitors then, so are they still using those solicitors as well?

Our complaint was approx 2 years ago, and they then used Eversheds, unless they have a few, not sure.

    The latest instalment....

We got the recordings today, which they believe will be to our satisfaction, but, a couple of things:
There seem to be a couple of recordings missing! We only received a total of 4. 2 per loan, which was one to each of us per loan. However, we recall at leat a couple of others, so where are they?

Secondly, the word "recommend" is in abundance, especially for the first loan. And when I tell him that the repayents would then be more than budgetted, he simply recalculates the loan to a longer term to bring the payments down! I also query that this will delay things as time was now critical but I am promised that he will ensure that it doesn't slow anything down... no mention of "optional" or that "recommend" could also mean we could take this out with someone else.

Maybe we were a bit naive, but we definitely feel that we were railroaded!

Anyway, I won't bore you with the other details of our findings/feelings from the recordings other than we will still be persuing the matter once we have listened again a couple of times and composed a suitable response.

    Best regards to all!

nemo said they didnt hold recordings at all when i got my SAR back - is there anythig i can do here?
