I asked for my subscription to start with the August edition, so they haven't actually taken the DD yet!

I did chase them a few times by email. Can't say their customer service is up to much - took ages to reply with the standard allow 28 days (even though it had been over 28 days).

I have had a payment from IPC Media for £1 on 25th May. I have the following magazines outstanding which haven't had payment taken yet so can anyone help work out which this is please?

Cosmopolitan (This should be 99p)

Rang them today (0870 8304953)

Reminder - my order was in March, and the DD was taken on April 19th


They said that they had delays with the stock and that I would need to wait AT LEAST another 28 days


If anybody else receives their SHE stuff in the interim, please can you post here or PM me, and then I can get back on to them

Today I got my Company magazine & it should have come with a black bikini. On the inside it says in small letters not available to some overseas readers but there was nothing on mine & I'm in the UK - did anyone else get this? Next month it's a lovely beach/summer bag which I would like more than the bikini but would like to know if anyone has got this first.

some magazines have stopped sending the free cover gift to subscribers

but i would phone them up to check and complain if thats the case
