Can you cancel with this one? I can't see any terms and conditions on the site.

Cancel anytime you like - after you get the third copy if you only want to pay £1.

I subscribe to olive on a 3 for £1, at the start fo the year and cancelled before the next payment and I'm still getting Olive every month (6 so far!).:j

Finally, finally got my Red Decleor gift after kicking up a right stink and it was worth it. Looks very expensive and will make a wonderful present.

They also refunded my money due to the crap customer service and the e-mails that were just contradictory to say the least.

It came special delivery as well, Bargain:j

Luck thing - they swore to me that they absolutely couldn't get anymore - mind you they told me it was "enroute" - a euphemism for leave us alone for a month!! twice. i got the Philosophy stuff as a replacement - it looks good but smells overperfumed for my taste - think I'll pass it on.

Got a reply back about the damaged L'Oreal set.

Thank you for your recent email.

I am very sorry to read your gift has arrived damaged. Unfortunately due to the overwhelming response to this offer, stock has now been exhausted, may I therefore ask you to choose an alternative from the following:

VO5 Silky Smooth Conditioner / VO5 Spritz Gel

SolarExpertise - Advanced Sun Pro Spray SPF 30 or SPF 60

Please accept my apologies for any disappointment caused.

Any idea what the RRP is of these?

did anyone ever receive the pixi set from the elle sub  i'd not received anything so contacted them, just received an email today apologising that the gift hadn't been sent, and are sending out a replacement offer has the pixi gift sets have all gone.

They didn't mention what they were sending so checked what the new offer is and it appears to be the st tropez set, hmmmm lucky me, i'll be looking like i've been tango'd

    Hi
No I didn't receive it, but when I emailed they said there was no replacement offer available. I don't know of anyone that did receive the pixi stuff.
    Hope you get something nice!

Got this email today re my subscription to she magazine, was supposed to get an elemis Skin Complex, the reason for subscribing for 6 months rather than a 3 issues for £1 deal,

"Apologies, but the original gift applied for is no longer available for me to
    send a replacement.

Could you please, at your convenience, advise if the Rose Cream would be a
    suitable alternative."

What is I respond - no, it is not suitable...will I end up with nowt..Frankly I am surprised that they are bothering to ask, I am not happy about it, although the elemis moisturiser is only £40, I would have used it..the rose cream was the next month's gift (Organic Pharmacy Rose Plus Cream worth £85), shall I just grudgingly accept it and flog on ebay / treat my mum or shall I be my usual grumpy self? - any suggested responses..they took my £9.99 from my account on 19th April, so I must have signed up a while before then
