Should you have the misfortune to contact Aviva about your insurance policies; or be thinking about purchasing one, please read this first. I had the need to request a change in direct debit, after over an hour on two phone calls and several bad experiences with their online portal I had to give up. I requested my policy be cancelled the phone line went dead. Missile, that is awful! I would hope the good people in this forum and maybe other social networks will help us make a bigger noise and make Aviva take notice. Letters sent in the normal way can be swept to one side with no one's knowledge, but that's not possible on the web. Thanks for your comment.0

Thanks for your comments. If you do a search on this and a.n.other forums you will find my post and many others regarding poor service from NU / Aviva and their nominated sub-contractor Asprea.
