Just been reading this thread and feel so sorry for you - let's hope it pours with rain, thunderstorms and lightning IN HEXHAM on 5 September (but not in debs venue) and you may be thankful that it never went ahead then, keeping everything crossed and I'll do the rain dance for you.
As you've not totally decided on a date for the re-arranged wedding, I just thought that I'd point out that Bank Holiday weekend weddings are great (I got married on one) but when you want to go away for subsequent anniversaries then the prices are sky high and availability low - just thought I'd mention it.
