wow you must have all been a busy lot at work today.. its been very... quiet on here today.......

I'm coming in with an early I WILL BE AF TODAY... thanks ym....or as GC would say.. I WILL NOT DRINK TODAY.... well I've got a cuppa on the go....!

I'm home, its raining, i'm not going out again, i've been to the docs, supermarket and bought..milk..., work, and school run and now i'm staying in the warm and dry... early nite... I hope...

So that takes me to 7 ... not much but it is a whole week..even if its not in one chunk...!

Hello,

Struggling but AF today that is no 15 please YM. I am playing delaying tactics and promising myself a drink on Friday. I still need to work on my finances and have loads of other things to do but am sooooo tired that it is not funny. I am trying to negotiate at work that I could do my hours over four days instead of five so that would give me one DDless day per week to get on with stuff that I am too tired to do in the evenings when she is sleeping. That hopefully should help with being AF as well.

Yawns and goes back to spreadsheets...
