Just called in to catch up.

Pleeeeze no more talk of Christmas, I'm off on my holidays next week!!!

Miss P, I think your goals are great, really motivating. That sort of planning is something I always try to do on holiday. I know some weightloss must be part of my plan for the future. Aside from AF days (4 inches on the waist ) are you following a special plan? Apologies if you've told us already but this thread is so fast and varied that I forget (it's my age). I'd love to know how you're doing on all targets in the next few months but not the Christmas shopping 'til I get back from my hols:p

Have a good evening everyone. AF if that's the plan! (Lots of planning going on here!!_

Talking about dreams, I keep having the same one. I'm on holiday on my own, packing to come home and my stuff won't fit in the suitcase, I have tons of clothes and I'm panicking I'm going to miss the plane.
Everytime I get the clothes stuffed in, I do one last check and the draws are full again, with the kids school uniform so I know I can't leave it behind but it just won't fit in the case. Everytime I end up crying because I missed the plane. Weird!

It sounds like a typical stress dream to me.

Making hampers is a good idea, each one containing bits and pieces that the person is interested in or likes, can be done in boxes, mugs glasses well anything really.

That is what I am going to do this year!!! I love Christmas.:snow_laug

Just wanted to say a quick thank you to JO1972 for the info on the Quidco deal with Virgin.

I have organised all and they are coming to instal on the 19th Sept and the cashback is showing up on Quidco site already as tracked so here's hoping.

I just need to buy a laptop now and I will be up and running, will be able to come on here in the evenings then and hopefully be a bit more support to people (it is very difficult when you are at work to make too many comments although I would like to help where I can)

    Thanks you once again jo1972

    Well done Jo!

I really need to do an MSE and change my phone/broadband/tv package. But I think I would have to do sky because we have Sky+ It's on my 'to do' list.

I'm just about to head home. Woke up this morning with a sore throat. That's where a head cold always starts with me and I've been feeling quite ill all day. You know that cold sweat kind of way you get. That along with thumping head, sore throat and runny nose. Just my luck as off work now and have planned lots of family activities

Hopefully I can fight it off without it bothering me too much!

    Much love X
    Need to start again :o

Tonght the bells are ringing a bit I have to say - it's making me feel quite anxious but am preparing dinner so am keeping busy and then I have to drive the kids to scouts later.

    Will catch up later

Pleeeeze no more talk of Christmas,

I SECOND THAT!! THERE MUST BE A XMAS THREAD SOMEWHERE ELSE? I LOVE IT TOO BUT NOT FOR THE NEXT 4 MONTHS..... caaalm....

4 inches on the waist )_

Yeah, that could account for a lot - & that was only one bottle a day.

Hello everyone. Who was that angry red person above I wonder?

Slept ever so well last night, got woken by the alarm for the first time in months (not that I usually sleep through, I'm usually awake ages before). When it went off I was standing at a bar ordering a litre bottle of white wine & the barman said "how many glasses with that?" to which I replied...one :o (this has actually happened :o:o though it wasn't a litre!). OH was sat at a table with a gallon plastic flagon of red!!

Went to pub (back in real life now -diet coke & salad :A-, bought wine for neighbour & actually gave it to him :D (the wine). Bells THEN started tinkling & are now CLANGING just found last night DDs got nits  she must have picked them up in the hols! so bought stuff today & you wouldn't believe the FUSS while I'm combing it through; surprised the police haven't been called at the screaming. Really stressed now! Obviously, 2 bottles of wine would make it all better :D:D:D:D. Shan't. So there.

I think we're both sulking now!!

(I did her secondary school application today :eek: where did all those years go? Must stay sober enough to appreciate her last year in primary....there are only 8 pupils in her year it's not a huge place!)

    Catch ya later.
