Afternoon all
I'm at work but having a quick mooch...shhh...don't tell anyone!!!:shhh:
Maman - I'm calorie counting using a web-site. You input all your details and it tells you how many calories you can have. You use it to keep track of your food etc. A couple of years ago I lost over 4 stone using it so hoping it works again!!!!
Re: Nits - I find good old conditioner and nit comb works the best. We are always having to do OH's kids. Luckily, fingers crossed, not had too many from Piglet yet! Hate the things.

Well done on being confident for day 2 Bhb. Carry on that way and you will be fine. Looking good for me as well as I am at work ( Shhhhhhh) so should rack up my PB with 17 straight days in a row.

As some employers have announced today that facebook and ebay are to be banned from workplace I can soon see our thread joining the list!!
Would love a link to your diet thread Miss P if you don't mind.
Go for it YM (it's not only GP that can beat his PB). I think mine is a miserable 5:o0 -
No probs. Its www.weightlossresources.co.uk
I tend to use it purely for the calories counting, food tracking etc. There are forums on there but I find them all a bit...um....up themselves (for want of a better phrase!!)**Keep Calm and Carry On!**0 -
