    :jAF again last night!!

It really wasn't that difficult (especially as I'd gone to the pub Weds night!) But I was actually really proud of myself cos me and the OH had a bit of a "disagreement" about something trivial and I'd usually have used this as an excuse to justify haing 4 or 5 cans of Stella AND I DIDN'T !!:j
And now I have saved £11.31 on Stella that I've not drunk in the 4 days since I started this!!

I'm so pleased that I can actually do it - the support on here has really helped loads - I'm actually looking forward to the weekend now as I know I'm allowed a drink in the evening (but I won't go mad) and I'm confident I can stay AF next week until the weekend comes around again.

    Hoooooraaaaaaaah!:rotfl:
Amount saved by cutting down on  since 24/08/2009....... :j£81.78:j

    • 4) Zoe Lyons - "I went on a girls' night out recently. The invitation said 'dress to kill'. I went as Rose West."

    • 5) Jack Whitehall - "I'm sure wherever my dad is; he's looking down on us. He's not dead, just very condescending."

I did really laugh at those two.:rotfl:

I am feeling a little bit delicate today, I had one and a half bottles of wine last night. I did say that I was getting into bed at 11 though and at exactly 11 I got into bed and went straight to sleep. I love it when that happens.:D

    Good luck Jo

Morning all I hope you are all well.

    I have a question but b4 I ask, 7 AF for me Miss P.

My question is, why am I now sleeping for England? I just don't seem to be able to get enough sleep at the moment and it is only since being AF, weird because the sleep I am having is sooooooooo delicious as well you would think I would be up and bouncing after a few hours ??

Although having said that, when I do get up I have soooo much energy it is scary

I will be having a couple of drinks tonight and probably tomorrow (planned) so I will see if that makes any difference (I am expecting it to I must admit)

  • Evening,

Had to share this...best jokes of Edinburgh Fringe.

Best joke I heard at Edinburgh came from Arthur Smith :

Patient: Doctor, I can't say "th" or "f".
Doctor: Well, you can't say fairer than that then!
