No honestly Jo the month has not started yet so if you want to reduce that figure not a problem. We are just going into the starting blocks ATM the race has not started.

I had NOT done them and I could have sworn.... ANYWHOOO ..... She's got them now so that should keep her quiet for a month.

Yes. I remembered you had your liver tests back. It is hard isn't it. I personally don't think I could ever stop drinking totally. When I spoke to my GP today I do know that I did used to drink much more so I feel at least I am making some progress.
(Gin and grapefruit juice sounds bizarre to me but then I hate grapefruit. This is from someone who admitted they drank malibu and milk though!:D)
You are doing really well 115K, it is possible for some people to realise that they are drinking too much and cut down successfully.
I always wanted to be a social drinker, but I don't think that's possible for me.DFW Nerd no. 496 - Proud to be dealing with my debts!!0 -

Oh god, now you've got me waivering already!!
I know that saying 30 is probably not a good thing as you need to live for the day etc etc.. but if I say, I dunno, 22 or something, I don't think I have the strength to stick to that.....maybe I do??
Quite a few on here have gone from daily drinking to just on weekends haven't they. My problem is also the amount I drink. A couple isn't enough, or is it? Maybe I've not tried it properly.
Oh man, look what you've started
ETA: how weird, just looked at the calender and 22 is the amount of Sun - Thurs there are in Sept!DFW Nerd no. 496 - Proud to be dealing with my debts!!0 -
