FOS upheld claim, but no payment from Egg

Hi, I took out an EGG loan with PPI in 2003, and originally complained to EGG about the potential PPI miselling 18 months ago. They disagreed and I complained to the Financial Ombudsman service, who upheld my claim and notified EGG of this. It's now 10 weeks since the FOS decision and my acceptance, and no refund from Egg…
