Ryanair API (advanced passenger info)

Hello MoneySavingExperts,
We submitted the API information requested a few weeks ago (travel next week) but the laptop that was used has since had a re-install of windows and I no longer have the saved copy of the confirmation screen to prove we've done it. We didn't get an email confirmation of it, is that normal?
Is there any danger in submitting the information again (and making sure I back it up and print it off this time!), want to make sure all i's are dotted and t's crossed so we can have a seamless experience with RyanAir (after reading some horror stories).
Would I be better off paying through the nose to speak to their support staff and see if they can look it up?

If you log into "manage my booking" or whatever it is called and try to re-enter your API, it should say "information already submitted" or words to that effect.
Don't worry about the horror stories, I was paranoid about using Ryanair after all the negative posts on here but having used them I am now a RA regular and so far so good, a great feeling, arriving in Spain for less money than a bus into Town !!0
