We are planning a virgin cruise and stay next year (August), 3 days at International Drive, 7 days cruising and then 4 days back at the International Drive. Hire car provided, room only.
Any advice on how to do the Disney/Universal/Seaworld/Epcot things and how best to do any of them please.0 -

Have you already booked? If not you could save some money looking into DIY, plus you could get extra benefits on the cruise.
Do you have six and a half full days in Orlando or seven whole ones (plus a half when you get back from the cruise)?
Which theme parks are your must dos? Are you into fast rides and thrills, or shows, or are seeing animals a big plus? Disney fans, Harry Potter fans? Age of people in your party?
What time of year? (so we know how busy the parks will be and likely open hours).
There is loads of generic advice out there but if we had some of the above info we can better target your group.
Generally - arrive early at the parks; seek out headliners first to maximise rides. Choose which parks you want to do carefully, as with such a small amount of days in Orlando it would be easy to overspend and buy too many tickets - which would be a waste0 -

Flights booked! (Silly prices unfortunately, but expected that - Christmas/school hols)
:rotfl: 334 sleeps!!!!!!!! :rotfl:
Great news Jackie
Think we might be going at the same time - we've not been at Xmas for nine years so we are excited! Nature of DH job makes Xmas holidays rare to never. May I ask who you booked with? I'm waiting for return flights to be released, and they aren't quite there yet :A0 -

Viv, your cruise sounds wonderful. How did you find the Dream compared with the originals?0
