  • Hi there,

I'm off to Orlando for 3 weeks in late March and will need to book 2 'Focus' sized cars for the duration.
Does anyone have suggestions of cheap but reliable car hire firms, or other tips to save a dollar or two,
    Thanks

Well I have gone and done it and I am really excited!!
    I have booked as follows:
Outbound: March 26th 2011 in the morning with Virgin Atlantic
Inbound: April 9th 2011 in the evening with Virgin Atlantic
Accomodation: Metropolitan Express for 14 nights including continental breakfast
    Car Hire: Economy car
The price for this was £1469.82.

I think this is a good price, let me know what you think.

    Cheers

    Tich

Do attraction tickets (Universal 3 park 14 day etc) go up in price the closer you get to the date? I appreciate it will depend on exchange rate, but not sure when is the best time to buy? The ones we need have been at around £100 for a few months, we need them for February half term week.
    Regards

Why not look at staying in a "suites" hotel? These are hotels but with a kitchenette in the room.

There are several in the I drive area. A couple of examples are:

Going on the 21st, anyone know where the best and cheapest places for Tickets are?

We are after two Adult tickets for SeaWorld/Busch Gds/Universal and one or two for Disney, not bothered about hopping between Parks.

I also still need to sort Transfers out so any advice with that would be great.

    Thanks.
