I sold 2p pieces for £1 once on ebay.com. I happened to be browsing and saw a turn over in newly minted coins with a specific pattern on them being sold as 'as seen on Letterman'.
I have no idea what was special about this coin, nothing showed on a google search but I managed to find 4 or 5 of them and put them up on a BIN and sold them all.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Goodness, must for 3 years ago now. They had a particular design on them I think, but weren't unique or rare at all. In the back of my mind I have a very vague recollection that there was a sort of party trick you could do with one of these coins and a mirror reflection..but I may be imagining that I remember that.:oI’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Under 85% positive and dropping. Maybe he's not that clever after all!No trees were killed to send this message, but a large number of electrons were terribly inconvenienced. - Neil deGrasse Tyson (@neiltyson)0 -
I'm sorry I couldn't help laughing at this one
"PREMEDICATED USE OF WORDS PRAYING ON THE VONERABLE COIN HAS DATE ON ONE SIDE"

If any of these idiots bothered to read the feedback then they would have figured it out. Since they don't read feedback they deserve what they get. Even if the listing doesn't say the date's on the other side, there are lots of negatives that say this, so the latest neggers have no reason to moan.0

The buyers should have been premedicated before letting themselves loose on ebay. :rotfl::rotfl:0 -

This is my opinion. There are many others like it but this is mine:kisses2: Fiancee of the "lovely" DaveAshton :kisses2:I am a professional ebay seller. I work hard at my job, I love my job, if you think it's silly that's your problem not mine.
