The Trials and Tribulations of Trying to Conceive when its just not happening (12m+)

Thanks everyone. I just came back from the clinic, they took some bloods for the trial, and I need to wait for a phone call next week to arrange Week 7 scan.

I am getting the AF type pains, which I guess are normal, but my mind keeps trying to tell me not to 'dream away', as it could all end in a day. 3 weeks to go to the first scan (or there abouts). However, we are not going to keep this result secret, and we will let our friends now as and when we see them (no facebook announcements!).

I just hope this lasts.

So lovely to see the clearblue result I was starting to wonder whether clearblue digi's were faulty and programmed to only ever say 'not pregnant' :rotfl:

Well my scan was so so. I have 4 follies of around 19-20mm and 2 at 16 (not expecting them to catch up) with another 4 that are not worth counting.

EC at 9.30am Monday morning. Have just taken my ovitrelle and looking forward to a drug free day tomorrow.

Heres hoping we get right to the end this time!

kitten, I am sure some of the ones I hadwhere 16 and maybe a bit smaller, that had a viable egg. I had 10 eggs last time, and surely I didn't have 10 follicles above 16mm. Or I don't remember...

Sexki11ten - I think those 2 16 ones will be fine, my clinic have taken anything 15 or over and they will still grow over the next 2 days. Fingers crossed for a smooth EC. Good luck. X
