Thanks all. He was ok with the news 9at least to my face). I am home now, nad not feeling too well. I had some 'superfood' salad from M&S for lunch, not much, but I am more pain now than before. I am sure all will be fine.

I also got an appointment with my GP for tomorrow morning, so will see what he says. Took my laptop home though, hoping to be able to do some work - I am feeling guilty about all this time off

Hugs Gin.....don't you be feeling guilty - you have to take care of yourself.

We're officially on our last month of trying before medical intervention. I've got my prescription for Clomid to start at the begining of my next cycle for 4 months then, if no joy, onto IVF.

Are any of you lovely ladies on Clomid? Just wondering how you're finding it?

Ginvzt, don't be feeling guilty hun. You need to rest up and take care of yourself - work will be there no matter what !! Hope the pain subsides soon. xx

Countrybum, I did 3 months of clomid, the first was great, the second 2 not so great. I did have the notorious mood swings (as DH happily tells everyone ) but I also found that I completely lost my sex drive, quite literally zilch - which was very tough. Because of that my consultant then switched me to FSH injections which was much better. However, the clomid did great wonders for my skin and complexion !!!

So I have had my appt through for my procedure (lap to treat any endo, drilling to help those little eggs along and hysteroscopy), slightly nervous now and consultant has said that I will be trying 'naturally' afterwards, rather than intervening with FSH again. Fingers crossed !

Gin, hope you are taking it easy and don't feel guilty, your body and babies are the most important thing. Sorry to hear you have OHSS. Fingers crossed it gets better soon and you have some sticky beans in you.

Coutrybum, I did 7 rounds of Clomid, I was lucky in that I didn't get any side effects, but I took it at night after eating to minimise possible SE.
I once had it on empty stomach, and spent that night being dizzy:o

Well, I was intending to take it easy. I went to GP and he signed me off for a week. I had texted my friend asking if she is coming to her mil as her husband is away this week, and she texted back that she is, and she and the baby would like to visit me this afternoon if I am at home. Since my house was looking like a dump, I ended up cleaning. Just finished the living room, dining room, kitchen, hallway, and closed the doors to the rest, as no energy let. I am looking forward to seeing her - if her journey is ok and doesn't take too long.

QQuaver, the salad I mention yesterday, was not a green leaf salad, but pulses, so it was very nice. I had some sushi for lunch today and ended up in agony for half an hour - honestly, couldn't move much, couldn't breath properly, and just ended up laying on the bed and screaming!!!!! I don't understand what is ging on with me. I am getting scared to eat or drink - I know, bad ida and I will get a cup of tea soon enough.

Oh well, I should not have rushed all the cleaned in the end - my friend just sent a text to say she decided to go directly to mother in law. Oh well, at least I have a reasonably clean couple of rooms...
