Your body would be trying to repair it self so I always think it was too busy doing that to take notice of any little embies. Its a who knows game really, i know we all anaylse every little thing but end of the day we will never know and Drs don't know either. Lets hope that this time as you are having FET your body will be in perfect shape for those little embies to dig deep.

Sending you lots of luck and sticky vibes.

Hi guys, glad you are all well

Chickpea, cant remember why no smoked products, I will look it up - I think it is to do with the chemicals used in 'cheap' products rather than good old fashioned smoking - I think it is carcinogenic. I remembered something else as well - Artificial Sweetener, all kinds. Same category as iburofen, can cause m/cs. I wont go within a mile of it!

Have a good weekend everyone! Good luck for Sunday Toniq - I am sure you will do well with the frosties! Lilo

I had my first Chinese medicine consultation today with DH:j

The doctor said my body is damp (?), and my temp is low. That's making implantation difficult, and is giving me irregular cycles and PCOS.

I had nice acupuncture session, both on my front and back (not at the same time:p), and leg massage.

Also was given bunch of teas that I'm supposed to take in the morning and night. I was warned it tastes foul:lipsrseal

DH did the similar things and was given tea, but he was also told to do some exercises everyday to improve the swimmers:cool:

Hope he can get rid of my damp, and crank up my temps:p

All my love and prayers coming in your direction Toni, I truly hope that this will be your time XXXXXXXXXXXXX

I cant remember where I came across it, it may have been Zita West, or someone else, but is basically a chemical cocktail which if you are trying to go au naturale, you should avoid. I must admit, personally, I avoid all diet food anyway (low fat artificial sugars etc) and just (try) and use moderation with the 'real thing' I dont use margarines and any trans fats for the same reason. Its nagging in my mind that there are links with miscarriage but it is quite a while since I did the research so I cant remember the exact details.
