alamaya, that must be awful, i suppose until you have been there you don't realise how upsetting comments like that can be, we just keep getting asked why we are leaving it so long.

I sympathise. I have a dog and cats and my mother not realising would always say im never going to be a grandma you just keep getting pets instead :(

Well done with losing so much! Nothing like a bit of motivation, is there?!

Can't help with the staying sane until T-day though - have you thought about just watching a TV series boxset from start to finish? That'd help pass the time! Like '24' or something. I got so addicted to the first series when I borrowed it off a friend, I had to take the next day off work sick, suffering from tv-itis!

As of today, I'm 13 stone 1. There I said it. At 5 foot 4, that's pretty bad...I have lost c. one and a half stone since last Sept, but it's been pretty stop-start (or rather binge-starve!).I've definitely taken the scenic route.

Planning to do the ABD tomorrow, Atkins days Sat and Sun (lowcal too though) then ABD Monday, then a modified version of same for next few days and in the last few days before appointment with specialist, I plan to so the AHA diet again. It's a crazy whirlwind of crash-dieting.

I got through this afternoon on black coffee and red bull light - man alive, I'm wired!

This made me LOL!!! I'm just imagining you jumping around while watching 24 and reenacting the scene... I'm sure that would lose a few calories as well!!!!!! :j

As of this morning, I have started AHA diet. On Monday I am back to normal food, and if I need, I will repeat the AHA diet next Friday-Sunday to be ready for the appointment on Monday.

As of this morning, my scales kindly informed me that I weigh 80.8 kg (~12st 10lb). My height is 1.64m (~5ft 4.5 in). This means my BMI is 30.04. Since I need to get below 29, it will take some more work. And, my AF is due on Monday (or any day now). So, to do that I need to be at 12st 3lb, meaning I need to get rid of 7lb! (or ~3.2kg).

Sorry for boring you with all this again!

I don't think there is much chance of it not arriving. I was working abroad, and we only managed to bd once in the nearly right time, as I was home only for less than 40 hours!

Don't think so, I think we bd about 3-4 days before OV.

Anyway, I am sure AF will show up at the most inapproriate time. Actually, I would prefer it came few days late, maybe then we could be offered to start IVF (or whatever else they decide is best for us) straight away...
