Glad you are doing well qquaver - shouldnt be seeing you for a few days then!!!!

cricket - there is a pcos diet which can help in your situation, it works on keeping your blood sugars level but it is REALLY hardcore - I have talked about it earlier in the thread, but will see if I can find the name again - if you google it you can download it as an e-book. It worked beautifully for me, and I lost over a stone on it, and easily - but you need to completely change what you eat. I completely agree with nottslass on this, you have to want it enough to put yourself through it - I did get preg whilst on this diet although sadly miscarried. Unfortunately, for a lot of these things, if your blood tests are normal, they say there is nothing wrong with you. But being very overweight will be affecting your ability to conceive, and your ovulation. If you can bring it down, you may well find that the problem resolves itself. HTH - lilo

I've decided not to plan anything for this summer to concentrate on TTC. I have doctor's appointments at CD2 & 12 which would be something like August 2nd and 12th.

So will only go for day trips or 1 or 2 nights away at short notice:o

I know we shouldn't put our lives on hold for what could take years, but I don't want to miss blood tests or something like that for something so unimportant as a holiday. I've missed two blood tests so far for work, which means, I haven't had any blood test re fertility:(

Short trips could be equally nice though:)

    Hi all,
I had my next scan today. The biggest follie is now 23.4mm. The nurse was all set to put me for egg collection Friday, but on checking with the Dr they have decided to schedule me in for Monday instead to give some of the slightly smaller ones chance to ripen up. The biggest one was 16mm 2 days ago, so they're definately growing at a rate now!
So it's trigger shot on Saturday night, EC on Monday and we'll see how long we can hold off for transfer. I don't feel like it's real.
Am not witty enough to put something cool and informative here:o :o

Will say a little prayer for you as well honey.

I have my CD19 (for me) re test on Monday then CD3 around 26th once AF arrives. Waiting for DH's referral for SA now. There was a 3 month waiting list before but we must have got lucky and got a cancellation because we only had to wait 5 weeks. Not so sure we'll be as lucky a second time.
