Sorry about the BFN MrsDavo and little me.

And I meant to say YAY TL on the decision to go again with ICSI!

You have a few weeks now, so are you starting a good regime of protein and other egg improving things?

    Things I ate/took while ICSI'ing:

    Walnuts daily
    Avocado
At least one egg a day
    Full cream milk
    keep carbs down.

    Tablets:
    CoQ10.
    Zinc
    Royal Jelly
    Folic Acid
    Vitamin E and D.
Osteocare - just because we had them. Then key element was calcium.

    Acupuncture twice a week.

Keep exercise down, nothing too vigorous, but walking to keep the blood flowing.

I got good eggs, with a low AMH, so it seems it didn't do any harm. :)

MrsDavo - my b00bs are ACHING. Actually little sharp pains, and same on my tummy. But, I think I have had these before, and I have proper pre-AF grumpiness from time to time.

Always imagine it will be something, but you'd think after over 3 long years I would stop hoping.

I can't remember the strength. It was two big tablets from H&B I think. I still take most of those vitamins (you never know) and the ones I take now are 1000mg - and I take two.

I also do horrible chinese teas, but I wouldn't do that with IVF. I think the hormones in there are quite strong, so you don't want to mess with the IVF drugs.

No idea. Its just part of the routine now. I have always had a pretty stable cycle, so I'm not sure it made much difference.

Have been reading a lot about diet as am always on the lookout for something I could be doing to improve our chances. Will definitely be upping my milk intake as all I seem to be reading is how good it is... so def worth a try. Will also be aiming for more general protein.

Can't do walnuts though - there's a line for what I'm prepared to go through. Multiple IVF cycles is fine, walnuts are not!
