Happiness come within ones self and not by courtesey of credit card co's and high credit limits.
 It does, you are true..
Please answer this - Do you really get inner happiness by making those who may not be as financially as fortunate as you feel less than socially acceptable with your jibes at their incomes...?
Your attitude is that of an arrogant, pig headed show off, not really an individual who wishes to offer help where they can.
Do us a favour post your income and what you do to amass such wealth and then also tell us why if you have no input to offering advice on a credit card board you were here if it wasn't to find others who you could poke fun at.0

I got a credit limit of £3500 on my Barclaycard Platinum when I was only 19 earning about £18,000. Im suprised you haven't been given a higher limit.Saving for a deposit: £20,551 / £25,000 - 82% of the way there...0

Did you have any other credit cards at the time? Sorry to resurrect this controversial thread but this is relevant to my situation.0

Shopping for a card seems to be like shopping for car insurance, it varies majorley from one person to the next, as they all seem to look at different variables when calculating risk. Unfortunately unlike car insurance you can't see the full deal until you have signed your life away.
When I was 18 the first card I applied for was a Barclaycard Platinum admittedly the only reason I applied for this was because I was very naive and thought having a platinum card would be cool. I was accepted with a £3500 limit, they have been increasing it ever since and its £13500 now. However I wanted to do a balance transfer some moons ago after a big purchase, so looked at recommended cards with good limits. Natwest came up high so I thought I would give them a shot. I was given a limit of £1500! A few weeks later I applied for a Lloyds TSB card and was given a £12,000 limit.0

I can also see from some other posts you have made that you have built a decent post count by being somewhat arrogant - how about this - rather than flame people just don't open your mouth.
Oh dear was it something I said!0
