help anyone CPW/o2 over charged i want to cancel
HELP
anyone
I have had a mobile through carphonewarehouse /o2 for donkeys years.
This new contract started Dec 08 and since then they have over charged me three times by well over £100 ..their excuse was they forgot to add some special deal they were offering at the time and would do it now... I requested they put MY money back into my bank and they didnt they simply credited my phone account
Im really angry and want to cancel my contract as they have broken agreement by over charging .
Spoke to a jumped up little madam who just angered me further.
Do i have a case to write away about? and what should i write?

Well they did credit the money back to you, And no, I doubt you have a reason to cancel.0

i hate when companies do this. they have taken out far too much and then "credited" it back to your account. so they still have your money!!!
Don't know if it is grounds to cancel the contract but definitely write to them and say you want the money back in your bank account asap.0 -
When I was working on the phones for one of the networks we were always told to tell the customer to contact their bank and request a charge back if the wrong payment was taken as that was far quicker ?0
