yeah it was from L&G well its only £12.03 so nothing to miss really ...but it will pay you more money in the long run so i have no doubt youve done the right thing ...

right with hubby having just that wee bit extra and hubby not helping his friend out anymore (so he feels he is back to having to ask me for money all the time) hubby and i were talking about possibly having pocket money each ...i said yes we can if we earn a wee bit extra per month ...so wage slip came in and we have £60 extra so we are foing to split it three ways £20 for the overdraft and £20 each for us ...think that is fair ...

so in a way i am joining hypno's £20 challenge ...i have £20 i am not going to spend it on rubbish i am going to buy myself something i really want with it ...

questions i plan on asking myself are
    1) do i want it
    2) do i need it
    3) will it enhance my life
    4) can i get it elsewhere for free (library for instance)
    5) can i justify it

wow that's on hell of alot of responsibility for one £20 ...will see how long it lasts

I think that is a really really good way of doing it - and the overdraft gets to be reduced at the same time!!

I think that the £12 is not bad at all really - remember, it is for only 6 months, so it is giving you a return, at least! It all adds up :T

right have went and did the wee bit of shopping and paid into the account the £12.03 now while i was shopping i managed to save £2.78 so was gonna put it towards the overdraft ...but you know i really like the full idea of lemon tree i think i might just pop it into another account and have a treat with it ...ok it will take me a long time to save anything near enough towards anything but it will start the process for me ...if at a later date i decide i need to use it to pay off the overdraft i can ...but i think for now i will transfer to another account ..

have drawn my squares now just need to get a way that i can colour them in quickly lol
