Give them what for elentan! You want at LEAST the cost of the service, the botch job AND something for stress and aggravation back from them (can I suggest a nice round figure like £5k)

i was gonna dragon but i have to say we went and stated our case he disagreed at first but we persisted and eventually came round to our way of thinking and is in agreement that as far as he can tell we are correct ...but has to check with the person that said they had done the job before it will be fixed ...he doesnt come back from holiday till next monday ...giving me ample time to formulate a plan of what i will accept as compensation0 -
houston we may have a problem....

El could you stick half of the cash into an ISA or some such, and half off the overdraft? they dropped ours by half because obviously in the summer (even the British summers!) you don't use as much gas and leccy. If you save half of it then you will have a bit of a slush fund for when they slam it back up again! and in the meantime you will be hacking away at the overdraft as wellDo not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup
