No problem Jenny - Im still relatively new to regular church going. I started going before we got married at the same church and now I continue to go. I find it very calming. Plus if I go to the 8am service it saves me from lazing round in bed for most of the morning!! I'm happy to do my bit for the TTC'ers
Now I'm trying to decide if I should have another cup of tea before taking the dog out. He's fast asleep on the sofa so I might be able to sneak one in lol.
Do you have anything exciting planned for today Jenny? x0 -
Morning all
I made good use of the extra hour and slept through it!
Congratulations Ellie, thats fantastic news!!!!!! Just take it easy and enjoy it.... (hard to say when you feel as rough as I do though!)
Werthers Originals are currently helping me stave off sickness, I think I need to keep my mouth constantly occupied. Said that to DH earlier, and he looked like xmas had come early till I popped a buttersvoth candy in my gob! LOLWealth is not measured by currency0 -
I love werthers!!! I found that constantly eating sweets helped me too in the early stages! DENTIST tomorrow though!!!!!!
Sammy, me and OH are going to have a look at some houses today, do a bit of xmas shopping and then catch an early movie before coming back to watch the x factor results!!! I love jamie afro!!!! So a very exciting day all round!!!
Hope you had a nice time at church x
Lots of love to everyone and don't forget to raise a glass at 5 for courgette!!
Sticky baby dust all round xxxxxxxMarried June 26th 2009

Awwww congrats Elliebobs:T - looks like we're on a roll with BFP's now! Hopefully this thread will be empty soon lol.
FF told me today that I OV'd 2 days earlier than I thought I would but the good news is we managed to BD the day before and the day so fingers crossed! I'm now CD15, 3DPO.
Can I please change my testing day to the 10th Bitzer?
I'm a bit hungover today (oops) even though I wasn't even drunk so today will mostly consist of me sitting. I'll be cooking a roast later and think i'll bung a lasagne in there for the freezer whilst the ovens on.
SK xAfter 4 years of heartache, 3 rounds of IVF and 1 loss :A - we are finally expecting our miracle Ki11en - May 2014 :j
And a VERY surprise miracle in March 2017!0 -
Awwww I'm well jealous of courgette today. I'd love to have my day again. Was talking to DH about it last night.
Since I can't have a baby due to our odd living arrangements we were going to get a dog instead (parents were going to come and look after it during the day as they are retired and live 5 minutes away). However, looks like the pups have been reabsorbed. So no puppy either. We have been after a pup from this lady for about 2 years now and it doesn't seem to be going well. Hmmm....
Anyhoo, if we don't have one in the next 12 months we might get the rescue dog we are also going to get. Just thought it would be easier to get the pup first. I'm feeling fed up today...think it's because DH leaving is VERY close now. Boo.
Oh and :j for the BFP's!!!! Keep em coming ladies.Reduction in daily mortgage interest since October 23 (new mortgage) - £2.36 July 25

What do people have planned?0 -
Well im back
Still no AF 2 weeks late and have had a couple of BFNs but no idea where AF is hiding this month???
Anyone got any ideas as to anything?
I know I dont post here very often - just dont feel i have anything positive to contribute.
(however the only positive I can get out of having no AF this month is OH seems to think it may be time to start planning and thinking about ttc with a serious effort)
Could you be my sunshine on a cloudy day?
Could you be my yellow when im feeling grey?0 -
Good afternoon ladies, I got up nice an early today and cleaned my house from top to bottom. The plan was to do it yeserday but was not having a good day with arthritis but today feel fine and dandy so my house is lovely and clean. I am just having a rest now having toast and coffee (I have gone down to 1 coffee a day but read in take a break that it still reduces your chances by 50% with 1 cup of coffee  so the plan is no coffee from 2nd Nov) I am then going to make OH a lovely dinner for when he gets home at 7, bit of a boring day really
Lauralou & jennyfleur77 - How exiting house hunting is the best, hope you both find the perfect house
notttmyusualname - I am not sure what to recommend but there have been a few ladies on here that have gone through the same recently Im sure they will be along with a bit of advice0 -
CAFCgirl - :rotfl:at DH.Typical man
Jenny - sounds like a busy day. When we were looking at new places to live - i loved househunting - the best part lol
SK - what does 3DPO mean please?
Twinklie - I a thousand times over recommend getting a dog. When we were looking (nearly 4 years ago) we looked around the rescue centres first but no suitable dog for us as the time. In the end we ended up getting a puppy, and he came home with us at 8 weeks oldI absolutely adore him, and he is great company. DH works nights, so Teddy is my fellow couch potatoe of an evening
What breed are you looking at getting?
Laura - if it's any consolation my dog chews his paw every now and then. He has a bit of a nibble when he's lying down - not all the time but the occasional chew. It hasn't seemed to cause him any bother. I didn't like to answer on the other thread as you seemed to be getting a lot of prof advice, and I would have sounded the complete newbie!
NMUM - Sorry i'm a complete newbie to TTC, but do you think it is worth a trip to the Dr's? Or have you tried different makes of testing kits?0
