OH cooking a lovely tea!! Ex chef style!!
House hunt was very uneventful, have realised that we cannot afford houses that we like but could afford houses in dodgy areas! Oh well, need to think of a way to make lots of money! Lottery didn't work last night!!!
Sammy I still get really confused about all the abbreviations, have had to put the link on my desk top for easy access!

Ok, so poas is when you take a pregnancy test, when AF is late? Can I ask how long after AF is due, you poas?
He, he I'm getting there with the lingo
Bitzer - i think i heard once before about the ketchup. Does it really work then? I'll try it next time as my pooch is a bit of a serious fox poo roller _pale_
Was hoping for a BD tonight, but DH has gone to work. Just me, the dog and X Factor. Hmm, doesn't sound too bad
Hope you are all enjoying your Sunday, and I hope Courgette is having a wonderful wedding day - I'm very jealous0 -
Hi everyone - sounds like it's been a fairly eventful weekend. Big hugs CAFC - I hope you're doing okay. Welcome to SammyGirl - nice to "meet" you! Congratulations to ellie - that's fab news! Was thinking about courgette this afternoon - what marvellous weather for a wedding! (We were lucky to have similar sunshine for ours, this time of year, two years ago - very jammy!)
jennyfleur and lauralou - I'm got the same question as you, but no answer I'm afraid. At the moment, I'm employing the good old head-in-the-sand approach, but I'm going to have to do something positive soon, as it's nearly six weeks since my mc, and still nothing. (AF arrived after just over four weeks last time.)0 -

Hi Jenny, we got the same problem with houses in my area houses are way tooo expensive and plus we are restricted to one area as my OH is joining the fire service so we need to be 4minutes within the fire station, at the moment we live just over 4minutes but going normal road speed it can take up to 6/7minutes but then when you are stuck behind someone going 20mph its a nightmare. So the closer we are to the fire station more money we will have!
Nope i'm watching the x factor wooo wooo!Stacey is just funny, every time she speaks i can't help but laugh!:rotfl:0 -

Hmmmm...this I dont know. We have a testing list to encourage us not to test too early, but I havent actually been able to work it out yetI didnt make a note of when AF visited last, so I dont know when she is due. I'm not very good at these dates stuff

Hey all,
Well, don't reckon I'll need a D&C after last night *TMI alert* - , I started bleeding heavily yesterday afternoon, had major back pain all evening (was down on the floor on all fours watching Strictly:rolleyes:) and then overnight I went to the loo, and I'm pretty sure the sac came out. I found it all very upsetting as the pain was so similar to labour pain, but obviously I was aware that I'd have no baby at the end of it. Still, hopefully now everything's gone and now I can start to get back to normal. Got a scan tomorrow morning so will find out for sure then.
Just had a nice dinner too - steak & ale pie, with mash, peas & carrots. We also went to look at a house this afternoon! We're going to be renting it (can't afford to buy in the area we want to live) and it's just being done up at the moment. Should be ready sometime in December, so hoping we'll be in before ChristmasIt's going to be lovely when it's finished, we live in a horrible area at the moment so am looking forward to moving soooo much!!
Jenny, I shall be watching x-factor tonight as well, probably with a nice glass of red
I must admit I'm a bit of a caffeine freak, especially tea. We have a Costa Coffee at work, and I treat myself to one latte a week (couldn't stomach it while I was pregnant though - just as well!) but I do drink 2-3 cups of tea a day. Don't like decaff at all! Would rather just drink hot chocolate instead.0 -
Evening ladies and thanks sooo much for your congratulations; I'm v touched.
It's still sinking in but I'm feeling ok;no sicknes but v sore boobs and my hands and feet are constantly freezing!
Someone asked how long I'd been TTC for (sorry but I can't remember who)...anyway, it's been about six months so, in the grand scheme of things, not too long. The OV sticks, superdrug's own, pinpointed the exact day and I basically dragged OH to bed and made him perform!
Thinking of courgette today too; it's been lovely here. V blustery but sunny and dry.
I'll still lurk on here as I don't want to miss anymore BFP's and will offer the very occasional post...too soon for me to hop over to the PG board methinks, not that I would have a hope in keeping up with it anyway.
Much love and best wishes to everyone; you have all made the TTC experience that much more easier to bear.

ETA: we cross posted Portsmouth Ali. I'm so so sorry. Thinking of you and hope that everything is ok for you. xxxx0
