Aww thank you ladies, I am very touched...and flattered.
x x
I am quite a positive person, however it is my first month ttc and I imagine you are normally full of joyous expectation.
I think, after a few months of BFN or worst of all a MC you feel a lot less like bouncing out of bed every morning with a big cracked grin on your face. So I can understand that some of you are feeling down...and I totally sympathise. x x
So if I do seem too cheerful to some of you, especially those that are not feeling so grand at the moment, I apologise for any unintentional tactlessness. :happyhear
P.S I am not been saintly about giving up alcohol. I am not really a drinker anyway. Maybe have a tipple twice a year and then of course there is Christmas, where I make a general show of myself on the dance floor at the work's party lol. Whistle while you work...0 -
Lots to catch up on again, i really must make more of an effort to do less work and more MSE!
I feel crappy today, AF is due today but so far just had pangs of pain, but slightly more exciting that i wont be taking my pill for the first time as of Friday....
Also have terrible toothache, i wish it would have saved itself for when we do conceive (providing we do) because, don't you get free dental care when pg?
Sticky baby dust everyone xx0 -

Hi all, liking the busyness of the thread at the moment, its very upbeat too
I'm on CD16, think I ovd yesterday but I've got horrible crampy pains now which I don't quite get why, but ho hum. Feeling really odd at the moment, not sure whether I'm having a silent migraine or whether I just need a holiday! Nothing else to report here.
Got my fingers crossed for you confuzzled
stickybabydust ladies xx
Ooh bam - my ttc checklist was/is:
gave up drinking (started again after 4 months, not lots but a glass of Chianti or a G&T if I fancy it!)
do more exercise (learning to swim and snowboard)
eat healthier (still do though, but we have pretty good diets anyway)
take my prenatal vitamin (Tommy's which I buy on 3 for 2 in Boots and stock up :money:)
take low dose aspirin
take 100mg B6
take Agnus Castus (up until ov each month then stop)
take my BBT everyday (at 6:45am:eek:)
get OH to take a good multivitamin everyday
check my cervix position/texture and cm everyday
use a cbfm (lent to me by a fertile friend so very :money:)
cut down on caffeine (yeah, that lasted about a week )
use FertilityFriend to keep a chart/record of each month to look for patterns over time
I'm now at a point where I'm finding more and more things I enjoy doing that I'll have to stop once pg, so I'm making the most of them until I get my bfp...Never argue with an idiot, he just brings you down to his level and beats you with experience.0 -

Me too!

Me too again!
take low dose aspirin
take 100mg B6
take Agnus Castus (up until ov each month then stop)
What's the benefits of taking these? My biggest worry is not getting pg it's being totally run down and exhausted when I do get pg. With my son I was only 20 but I slept 15 hours a day in the first 12 weeks and was signed off at 29 weeks just completely wrung out. It didn't help that I absolutely hated his dad though!:rotfl:Updating soon...0 -

I take folic Acid
Started taking temp
tried cutting out coffee but so hard I have about 3 a day & about 3 diet coke is this too much caffine? oh and a chocolate bar as well
