Oooh, good luck with that! Keep us posted :T
I went to work this morning then came home again after an hour. Feel awful, just so dizzy. There's no way I can be responsible for 30 children. So, I've got yet another docs appt for later on this morning and will see what they say. The thing that's annoying me is that I did mainly get the stuff I needed to do done this weekend, I went clothes shoppping, had a photo session and went to the supermarket and although I didn't feel great I managed. After 30 mins with a group of teenagers I'm a wreck again
In other news, I'm off again. Swine flu apparently but I'm sure I'm not ill enough for it to actually be swine flu.welcome to new posters. fingers crossed to confuzzled, that af dosent arrive.

Morning ladies :cool2:
Hope you're all feeling better than yesterday and are well on the mend.
Sorry to all those who have suffered a MC. I had an MC fifteen years ago and can remember the emptiness you feel afterwards. You do heal, you never forget but the emotional pain gets a little better everyday. Focus on the future and the good things that are around the corner.
Big hugs to all you strong, brave ladies. x x x :heart2:
After my MC I do remember AF been heavy and (tmi sorry) quite clotty afterwards. Then my next two cycles were relatively normal.
As I have got older my periods have got heavier so everytime I come off the pill I get horrendous flooding and cramps. I am hoping this doesn't affect ttc. I am on CD2 today...8 days to go and I will be leaping on my OH every two minutes.
I have dug out an old instant access savings account so I can start putting away for when I do get PG. (Have to think positive).
I will put £10 - £20 a week in it; by the time I come to spend it, I should have a nice little nest egg to spend on baby stuff and the like.
I shall be frequenting Freecycle too as I am a Mser at heart.:T
Hope you all have a good, productive day.
Love Bam x x:whistle: Whistle while you work...0 -
Phew, well I've got viral laryinthitis which is a posh way of saying ear infection. Been signed off til Thursday but she said it may take a few weeks to go away completely, boo hiss
. At least I know what I'm dealing with now though. She's given me some awful exercises to do which basically involve me doing things that are really likely to make me fall over in order to aggravate it to make my brain realise I'm unwell
Can't wait to start trying those out
Got killing stomach ache, feels a bit like AF cramps but waaaaaay too early. Good grief, what's wrong with this wretched body of mine?Updating soon...0 -

hey everyone, its lunchtime and I'm here again reading all your posts. I just wanted to let you all know that I am so glad I actively joined this thread - rather than lurking in the shadows. its been a huge comfort the past couple of weeks, big hugs and kisses to you all. :kisses3:
still feeling down but not as bad as last week - spent three days at work sobbing solidly all day for no reason at all (and I'm not usually a crier), I had to hide at my desk, fortunately the one colleague that was sharing the office with me keeps pretty much to herself.
finally BD'd with hubby last night - tmi??? neither of us have had 'the urge' since I started get 24hr nausea after the bfp and then obviously since the mc not been in the mood. still not actively ttc until I get some answers, but last night is a step in the right direction
Bam - hubby and I are both 31, we've been together 14 years  and have been married for 8. We started ttc last Dec once I finished studying and had finished my first post-doc, conceived in Jan, mc March/April, conceived in June, mc August. Am not ttc at the moment but hopefully it won't be too long before we start again, with any luck we'll start again this side of xmas
catwoman - hi, our stories are so similar, big hugs to you and good luck on getting back on the 'ttc train'. I'm too scared to get started again until I get some answers - that'll be the scientist in me
big hugs everyone xxx0 -
on the dog front, we have a beautiful golden retriever called Max, he's coming up for 6 and is our baby. I desperately want to get another dog, realistically another golden retriever (I love them so much) but if i could have any dog I'd want a New Foundland!!! understandbly DH has said no way and my family have all said they won't be looking after a newfoundland when we go on hols. they all fight over who gets to look after Max when we go away0
-
A new foundland:eek::eek: Me too:D:D:D Hubby has promised we can have one once we've won the lottery:rolleyes::D:rotfl:
I'd love a dog but we think it's cruel as we wouldn't be at home during the day and it wouldn't be fair to the dog:( So we have my baby girl, Patsy, instead:D She's such a mardy little cat but independant enough to enjoy being in the garden all day:D
Oh yeah, main reason for posting........just been to Morrisons to stake out their pg tests(I didn't buy any otherwise I'd have used it by now!:o) and they have CB digi twin pack for £9.95 if anyones interestedNot sure how much they usually are but looked at boots and they're £14 there:eek: Thank god I only use cheap and cheerful ones;):D

Afternoon all, CD6 for me, not a lot to report though!
Twinklie my mc wasn't any worse than my normal af (although to be fair, my afs are generally worse than most people given I have adenomyosis!). I opted for a D&C and bled for 2 weeks, had another 'bleed' 2 weeks after that and then af came again on Wednesday (cheeky mare), I didn't think the bleeding was any worse than usual. First proper af was slightly heavier than previously and lasted a day longer, but apart from that...
Bam I'm 34 and DH is 40, we've been ttc for 3 years off and on (had to go on injections for 10 months to control the adenomyosis)
Confuzzled (I think it was you) fingers crossed that af stays away
Courgette I'm glad you've found out what's causing the dizzy spells, take care when you're doing your exercises though!
I can't remember what else has been going on, so hugs to those of you that need them and fingers crossed for anyone else that's due to test!
Oh, and I don't have any doggies, I'm the crazy cat lady, I've got two - our flat is too small to have any more (that and I can't afford any more!).0
